About Us

Healing with Meditations is a place to read about meditation, sound and the symbolic traditions — auras, chakras, numerology, angel numbers — without being sold anything and without being told things that aren’t true.

Why the site exists

Search for anything in this field and you get two kinds of page. One promises that a frequency will repair your organs and a stranger will clear your curse for a fee. The other dismisses the whole thing as nonsense and has nothing useful to say to someone who genuinely feels drained after a difficult conversation.

Neither is much help. We wanted a third option: take the traditions seriously as traditions, take the evidence seriously as evidence, and never let one pretend to be the other.

How we write

In practice that means a few consistent rules across every article on this site.

  • We say which is which. Where research exists — on meditation, on breathing, on music and anxiety — we describe what it actually found, including how small or mixed the studies are. Where something belongs to tradition, we say so in the article rather than dressing it up in scientific language.
  • We don’t make health claims. No page here says a tone, colour, number or practice treats, cures or prevents anything. Where those claims circulate elsewhere, we explain why they don’t hold up.
  • We point people to real help. Weeks of flatness, persistent pain, or anything frightening belongs with a doctor, not with a meditation article. We say that plainly and we don’t encourage anyone to delay care.
  • We warn about the scams. Paid curse removal, attachment clearing, “energy blockage” diagnoses sold by the session — these prey on people who are already worried. We name them for what they are.

Our full standards, including how we handle sources, corrections and AI-assisted drafting, are set out in our Editorial Policy.

What you’ll find here

  • Aura and chakra guides — what each colour and centre means in the tradition, what the shadow side of each looks like, and how to read them as a way of naming a state rather than diagnosing one.
  • Angel numbers and numerology — the meanings, the calculations, and an honest frame around what a number can and can’t tell you.
  • Meditation and mindfulness — what the practice actually is, what to do when your mind won’t settle, and who should check with a professional before starting.
  • Healing music and frequencies — guided sessions and long-form tracks from our YouTube channel, with the tradition behind each tuning explained rather than asserted.
  • Quizzes and calculators — for reflection and enjoyment. They run in your browser, we don’t store your answers, and they predict nothing.

Who writes it

Articles are researched, written and edited by the Healing with Meditations editorial team, combining long-standing personal practice in meditation and sound work with ordinary editorial research. We are not doctors, psychologists or licensed therapists, and we don’t present ourselves as such. Where a question is clinical, we say so and point you to someone qualified.

How the site is paid for

Everything here is free to read. The site is supported by advertising, and some articles contain affiliate links, which are labelled where they appear. Neither decides what we publish or what we conclude — the full picture is in our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
