3. Meditation, breathwork and relaxation practices
Meditation and breathing practices are generally well tolerated, but they are not right for everyone in every situation. Some people experience anxiety, dizziness, dissociation, intrusive memories or low mood during or after intensive practice.
Please speak to a professional before beginning if you live with a seizure disorder, a psychotic or dissociative condition, severe anxiety or PTSD, a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, or if you are pregnant. Stop and seek advice if a practice consistently makes you feel worse. Do not practise breathwork in or near water, while driving, or while operating machinery.
4. Sound, frequency and binaural beat content
The Site links to and embeds music, tones, solfeggio and binaural beat recordings.
- Do not listen while driving, cycling or operating machinery. Some tracks are intended to bring on drowsiness or sleep.
- If you live with epilepsy or a seizure disorder, consult your doctor before using binaural beats or rhythmic audio-visual content.
- Listen at a moderate volume. Prolonged listening at high volume can damage hearing.
- Claims that particular frequencies “heal” organs, “repair DNA” or “cure” conditions are not supported by reliable evidence. Where research exists, it generally shows modest short-term effects on relaxation, perceived anxiety or focus in small studies. We describe it that way, and you should treat any stronger claim with caution.
5. Spiritual, esoteric and divinatory content
Content on auras, chakras, angel numbers, numerology, astrology, tarot, angel cards, pendulums and similar practices belongs to spiritual and cultural traditions. It is presented for interest, reflection and entertainment.
- These traditions are not scientifically established, and we do not present them as fact.
- Readings, card draws, calculators and quizzes produce no prediction of real events and should never be used to decide medical, legal, financial, career, relationship or safety matters.
- Be cautious of anyone who charges to “remove a curse”, “clear an attachment” or “fix” your energy. That is a well-documented scam, and we do not endorse it.
