These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of healingwithmeditations.com and all associated pages, articles, quizzes, calculators, audio and video content (together, the “Site”), operated by Healing with Meditations (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Healing with Meditations publishes editorial content on meditation, mindfulness, sound and music practice, and symbolic and spiritual traditions such as auras, chakras, numerology and angel numbers.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed to children. You may not use the Site if you are under 13 years of age (or under 16 if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that sets a higher age for digital consent), except with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. The nature of our content

Everything on the Site is published for general information, education and personal reflection.

  • It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal or financial advice, and no article, quiz result, meditation, tone or frequency on this Site treats, cures or prevents any condition.
  • Content about auras, chakras, angel numbers, numerology, astrology, tarot or angel cards belongs to a symbolic and spiritual tradition. It is offered for reflection and interest, not as fact, prediction or a substitute for professional care.
  • Reading the Site creates no practitioner–client, doctor–patient or therapist–patient relationship of any kind.

4. Use of the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • use automated tools, bots or crawlers in a way that burdens or disrupts the Site;
  • use the Site or its content to train machine learning or generative AI models without our prior written permission;

6. Quizzes, calculators and interactive tools

The Site offers quizzes, self-assessments, number calculators and card-draw tools. These are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not validated psychological instruments, they produce no diagnosis, and their results should not be used to make health, career, financial, legal or relationship decisions.

Unless a page says otherwise, these tools run in your browser and we do not store your individual answers.

7. Comments and user contributions

Where comments or submissions are enabled, you are responsible for what you post. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, infringing, spammy or that presents medical claims as fact.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce and moderate your contribution on the Site. We may edit, refuse or remove any contribution at our discretion and without notice.

8. Third-party links, embeds and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party material, including videos from YouTube (Google LLC). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

9. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and may contain affiliate links. Advertisements are provided by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement by us. 11. Availability and changes

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Healing with Meditations is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please write to us first — most things are resolved that way.
